Hi, I am Ryan Johnson. I am a human resources professional dedicated to bringing my experienced, innovative, and practical approach to human resource management and HR solutions to businesses. With my unique blend of compassion, persistence, and commitment to results, I help businesses achieve their goals and improve their people systems and culture with their interests in mind.

I have studied to become a chartered professional in human resources, a certified executive coach, and business graduate of Simon Fraser University.  I have been managing and developing employees as an operations and human resources leader in both large scale corporations and smaller privately owned businesses for over 25 years. My skillset is a human resource generalist specialized in leadership, training and development, employee/labour relations, and coaching.

It is my goal to create strong, trusting relationships with others and develop collaborative solutions to business challenges. I believe that results come when people understand what they are accountable for, are empowered to do something, and are provided the proper support and resources to succeed.  This formula translates to human resource solutions that are simple, workable, and sustainable for the long-term.
